The Moundsville Parks & Recreation Department
oversees the maintenance of all public parks in our city. It is also responsible
for developing and implementing new parks. Any questions regarding service can be directed to the Recreation Director at 304-845-7733. |
Originally from Uniontown, PA, Rico moved
to Wheeling after graduating from West Virginia University in 1990 with a degree
in Sports Management. Rico came to
Wheeling and started as an intern at Oglebay Resort and worked his way up to
Assistant Director of Park Operations, Director of Wheeling Park and then for
the past seven years, Director of Golf, Skiing and Tennis. Rico is married to wife Tracey, son Tanner and their dog Duke. |
